Last time: 209.4
Change since last time:

UP 0.8!

But who cares? Because when I started this blog on 9/2/17, I weighed 240.2!

So as of today, I’ve lost, and kept off, a total of 30.0 pounds!!

Also, I really started my weight loss “journey” on 9/2/16, at 262.2, so my REAL total weight loss is, yes, 50.0 !! So there!
